Crystal of Growth is an integrator of the transition to a digital workforce and the enterprise of the future: an end-to-end business transition to a new operating model.
1. Key digital-transformation trends
The central trend is a shift from automating isolated processes to replacing part of human labour with digital labour.
AI is ceasing to be merely an auxiliary tool and is becoming a full participant in production and management processes. Robotics, autonomous systems, intelligent planning and data-driven management are developing in parallel.
This technological shift intersects with demographic and economic pressures: birth rates are declining, skilled labour is scarce, human work is becoming more expensive, and filling the gap through external labour is increasingly difficult.
Businesses will therefore need to expand their digital workforce systematically. In the longer term, the doctrine envisages it accounting for roughly 40% of the combined workforce, fundamentally changing the enterprise model.
The ultimate expression of the trend is the ‘lights-out factory’: a fully automated production environment that needs neither a permanent human presence nor even lighting on the shop floor.
Humanoid robots are another example. Platforms designed to perform physical operations currently carried out by people are already being scaled in China across manufacturing, warehousing, logistics and services. Such machines are becoming part of the enterprise's digital workforce.
- A shared data culture and infrastructure
- AI as part of the business operating model
- Automation and robotics
- Humanoid robots and autonomous systems
- Digital planning and management systems
- Reduced dependence of critical processes on human labour
2. The doctrinal shift
The central shift is from ‘digital transformation’ to a transition towards a digital workforce and a new enterprise model.
The term ‘digital transformation’ has become too broad to convey the scale of this change. This is not about implementing isolated IT systems; it is a fundamental change in who performs work inside the company and how that work is performed. Companies therefore need a digital-workforce transition strategy, not another digitalisation strategy.
The target model is an enterprise capable of producing more, faster and more efficiently while minimising its dependence on human labour.
A new formula for business: ‘Discard your old digital-transformation strategies. What you need is a strategy for the transition to a digital workforce.’
- Which functions are currently performed by people?
- Which of them can be transferred to AI, robots and autonomous systems?
- What should the company become at the end of the transition?
3. What makes us different
Crystal of Growth positions itself neither as the developer of a single product nor as a conventional consultant, but as an integrator of the company's transition to the enterprise of the future.
Our task is to see the system as a whole.
We do not need to manufacture every technology ourselves. Our core competence is integrating the strongest practices and solutions: analysing the market, identifying capable developers, building partnerships and fitting their technologies coherently into one enterprise model.
- Define the target enterprise model
- Build the transition strategy
- Establish a data culture
- Identify functions to transfer to the digital workforce
- Select the strongest technology solutions
- Unite AI, automation, robotics and management systems in one architecture
- Deploy the new model across the business
