Website data minimisation
The website operates as an information resource: online forms, file receipt, authentication and the enquiry handler have been removed. Its code does not create visitor profiles, save browser identifiers or send analytics events. Standard company contacts are provided for presentation requests.
Enquiry processing
Receiving an email or call is a separate process. The purpose and lawful ground must be determined before personal data in them are used; access and data scope must be limited to that purpose. Incompatible purposes, unsolicited advertising use and excessive processing are not permitted.
Protection and infrastructure providers
Processing is subject to the confidentiality and security requirements of Law No. 152-FZ. Necessary measures include access controls, account and communication protection, software maintenance, access control for logs and backups, and incident response. Specific measures depend on the actual infrastructure and risks; publishing this document does not certify every safeguard of a hosting or email provider.
Termination and previous enquiries
Removing the form stops new website submissions but does not itself erase previous correspondence, logs, copies or backups. Continued retention requires a current purpose and lawful ground; otherwise processing must cease and information must be destroyed under the statutory procedure. Applicants retain their rights.
Statutory requirements
Localisation, delegated processing, possible cross-border transfers, notification to Roskomnadzor and incident duties are assessed by actual operations rather than the presence or absence of a form.
