Request channel
Send the request to integrator@crystalfund.ru. State your name, reply contact, the substance of the request and information allowing the operator to locate the enquiry, such as the email used, approximate submission date and topic. The operator does not request excessive information.
Formal information request
A formal request under Article 14 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ must contain the identity-document particulars, information about the relationship with the operator and signature required by law. An electronic request must be signed in accordance with electronic-signature legislation. Verification is proportionate so that data is not disclosed to an unauthorised person.
Response period
The operator responds on whether and how data is processed within ten business days of receiving the request. The period may be extended by no more than five business days; the data subject then receives a reasoned notice explaining the extension.
Correction, cessation and destruction
After supporting information is received, inaccurate data is corrected and unlawfully obtained or unnecessary data is destroyed within no more than seven business days. A request to stop processing is completed within ten business days, subject to a reasoned extension of no more than five business days, unless another lawful ground applies.
Consent withdrawal
The email subject may state 'Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing'. After receiving the withdrawal, the operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 calendar days unless another lawful ground requires or permits continued processing. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed before it was received.
Complaint
If a data subject believes the operator has infringed their rights, they may complain to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media—Roskomnadzor—or apply to a court.
