Where to send a request
Send requests to SealSoft LLC at integrator@crystalfund.ru or by post to 129226, Moscow, Wilhelm Pieck St., 4A, 36, Russia. You may use “Personal data” as the subject. The website has no document upload or request submission form.
What to include
State your request, a reply contact and details that help locate the relevant information, such as the sender’s email address and message date. Requests for access are subject to Article 14(3) of Law No. 152-FZ, including identity or representative authority information and a signature in the legally required form. You may first ask how to verify identity securely; do not send a full passport copy unnecessarily.
Rights and time limits
You may request processing information, correction, restriction, cessation or destruction where lawful grounds exist, or withdraw previously given consent. Requests are handled within the time limits and procedures of Articles 14, 20 and 21 of Law No. 152-FZ. Extensions are permitted only as provided by law, with a reasoned notice. Where a separate ground permits continued processing, the applicant is informed of the reasons.
Complaints
Individuals may challenge the operator’s actions or response before Roskomnadzor or a court. Form removal does not limit rights concerning information previously submitted through it or received through other channels.
