Version and operator
Consent version: pd-consent-2026-08-19. Date: 19 August 2026. I freely consent to SealSoft LLC (ООО «СеалСофт»), INN 7713506917, OGRN 1037739855669, at 129226, Moscow, Wilhelm Pieck St., 4A, 36, Russia, processing the data I provide in the presentation-request form.
Data
Consent covers name, organisation, telephone, business email and challenge comment where provided, as well as the enquiry topic, page address and source, language, submission date and time, and consent version. The IP address, session identifier, CSRF token and request parameters may be processed to operate and protect the form under the separate lawful ground described in the Policy.
Purposes
The purposes are to answer the enquiry, send the requested presentation and arrange a possible next contact about that enquiry. This consent does not cover advertising or bulk mailings.
Operations
I permit collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, update, retrieval, use, disclosure to parties processing data on the operator's instructions, restriction, deletion and destruction by automated and non-automated means. I do not permit dissemination to an unlimited audience.
Recipients and infrastructure
The enquiry is delivered to integrator@crystalfund.ru. Processing on the operator's instructions is permitted only under a contract requiring confidentiality, security and localisation. The infrastructure described in the current Policy is used; no international transfer begins unless the separate statutory procedure has been completed.
Term and destruction
Consent remains valid until the processing purposes are achieved, but no longer than 90 calendar days from submission unless a separate contractual or statutory ground arises during that period. Once the purpose is achieved or consent is withdrawn, the data is destroyed within 30 calendar days unless another lawful ground permits continued processing.
Withdrawal and evidence
Consent may be withdrawn by emailing integrator@crystalfund.ru. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing. Consent is evidenced by selecting a separate, unticked checkbox and submitting the form; the operator records the consent version, date and time, source and technical evidence required to prove receipt.
